Archived Recording: The Hidden Costs of Stimulus (ARRA) Funding

All grant funds come with strings, but funding through the American Reinvestment and Recovery Act comes with a magnifying glass. Grant implementation and accounting personnel must be aware of the stringent requirements and added staff costs for reporting and record keeping attached to these funds. Some questions to ask:
Have you accounted for the monthly reporting requirement?
Have you read the OMB circular on record keeping and viability of matching funds or in-kind contributions?
