The Presidents Fundraising Workshop provides useful information, practical tools and CEO-to-CEO advice that will enable you to establish and/or enhance the college’s fundraising program. This workshop is designed for community college leaders who:
- Have identified a desired future for their colleges and formulated a strategic plan to achieve this vision in action
- Have limited fundraising experience
- Believe there is an important role for private philanthropic support and are committed to ensuring fundraising success for their colleges
- Feel a sense of urgency to get started
The workshop is based on the contributions of presidents who have successfully raised funds on their own campuses. It will focus on the most essential topics identified by presidents.

The need to raise philanthropic support for community colleges is essential to our ability to survive and thrive as America’s most successful higher education organizations. The CRD Presidents Fundraising Workshop is dedicated to creating an emerging generation of community college presidents who are successful fundraisers for their institutions.
If you must cancel
CRD makes financial commitments to our vendors based on registrations. Submission of this registration constitutes a commitment to attend and your college will be responsible for registration fees whether you are able to attend the event or not. You may cancel or request a refund, less a processing fee of $200, in writing before Tuesday, May 27, 2008. Only those cancellations and/or refund requests submitted in writing on or before May 27, 2008 will be considered. No refunds will be given after the May 27 deadline for any reason. All eligible refunds will be distributed after the workshop.
