This webinar will address the elements of a successful partnership between the CEO/President of the institution and the Chief Development Officer (CDO). What roles do each play? What should the President expect from the CDO and the CDO from the President? Among the topics to be covered during the webinar are: working the President’s calendar, prepping for the ask, scanning the president’s community activities and linking them with resource development, and prepping for the elevator speech.
