When Plans Change, Amendments Offer Solutions

Every funding award is based upon the details described in the proposal and confirmed in the award agreement. Once an award is made, what happens if plans change? These unexpected circumstances, and others, create needs that are outside the original terms of the award agreement. Fortunately, it is possible to amend the terms to better reflect current requirements when plans change.
